Trailer Inspector

Immediate hiring for a Permanent Full Time position at Ryder’s warehouse facility in Golden, Colorado. Compensation:
Hourly Pay $19.50 per hour with potential shift differential. Working schedule:
Thursday through Monday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with pay delivered weekly.

Key responsibilities include dry‑van inspection, data entry (SAP experience a plus), and maintaining a safe supply chain environment using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

• Maintain the Welcome Center attendant log of arrivals and departures of commercial and private vehicles.
• Check all inbound and outbound seals on vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with management on any welcome center issues.
• Interact with drivers and visitors in a polite, professional manner.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the checking in and out of freight.
• Monitor CCTV equipment and advise management of any occurrences.
• Depending on location, operate equipment and achieve required equipment certification.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in freight coordination, scheduling, or planning.
• Excellent time‑management skills and strong organization.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude that sets an example for others.
• Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and communicate effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
