Immediately hiring a dedicated solo Class A CDL Driver in Golden, CO. We want the right employee to drive with us at Ryder.

Earn $1400 or more weekly. Driver earning details and schedule:

• Weekly pay
• Hourly pay: $29.87 per hour
• Shift pay: $3.00 per hour
• Loyalty bonus: $1,750 at 6 months and $1,750 at one year
• 40+ hours per week
• Paid training
• Schedule:
  
  5 days on, 2 days off
• Start time: 1:45 PM

• Solo to:
  Yard & shuttling within 3 miles
• Route:
  Local home daily
• Tractor type:
  Day cab
• Trailer type:
  Dry van 53'
• Freight:
  No touch – yard switching

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years)
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • ≥9 months of experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • ≥2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • ≥5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards and maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading when required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
