HVAC Service Apprentice

The Opportunity

Our HVAC Service Apprentices work alongside experienced HVAC Service Technicians to assist them in providing excellent service to our customers while learning the tools of the trade. If you have the desire to learn and advance as an HVAC professional, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a motivated, career-minded teammate to join us! Once trained and promoted, our HVAC service technicians will be among the highest-paid in Colorado!

Apprentices who work hard and demonstrate competency are eligible for promotion within 3 months!

• $20-22/hour during training until moving to our highly lucrative performance pay structure

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced HVAC Service Technicians in customers' homes as they troubleshoot, maintain, and service HVAC and ancillary systems
• Meet with customers to help them understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with our services
• Attend paid classroom training 2-3 times per month
• Show up with a positive attitude on a daily basis

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical competency

Requirements

• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to use power and hand tools
• Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to feedback

Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM
