• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards.

• Active RN License in the state.
• Master’s Degree, or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required.
• Regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required and three years of experience in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
