Headlines:
In the role of Packaging Optimization Manager working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Packaging Department in Brewery Operations, working alongside the Unit Manager and Asset Care Manager.
The Responsibilities:
Positively lead and collaborate across a matrix reporting structure of Team members, technical SME’s, and effectively lead as a Sr member of the Packaging Leadership team.Own the data and analytics of that data, process standards and governance to identify and eliminate losses. It will develop the operating teams’ capability and technical understanding of process control through data collection and loss analysis.Leads problem solving and optimization improvement.Accountable for WCSC Process related DMS Health and consistency related to Standard work of the Line Process Leaders.The Other
Qualifications:Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment.Operations, Engineering, Science or Business degree or equivalent experience preferred.You will have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an engineering or maintenance leadership position in a manufacturing environment with a focus on optimizing performance and leading capital projects.Work Perks that You Need to Know About:
