We are seeking a skilled, service-oriented Installation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will travel extensively to customer sites to conduct surveys, support equipment installations, and ensure systems meet specifications and quality standards. You will serve as a trusted resource for customers, guiding them on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Meritech, CFS, and related products. Additionally, you will help identify opportunities for product growth, coordinate with the Sales Team, and contribute to process improvements that enhance installation efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

- Working with hand tools to install, repair, or replace mechanical components
- Coordinating projects and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end execution
- Providing excellent customer education, onsite support, and service
- Travel to customer sites to conduct surveys, support installation of Meritech and CFS equipment, and ensure systems are operating to manufacturer specifications
- Perform onsite duties assigned by the Technical Service Manager and serve as a resource to help customers understand equipment functionality, maintenance requirements, and proper use
- Provide onsite training or workshops for customer teams to ensure product knowledge, education, and safe operation
- Identify opportunities for additional Meritech and CFS products, building relationships on site, and coordinate with the Sales Team to support growth
- Troubleshoot and correct equipment malfunctions or defects, document issues in our CRM, and report findings to Operations
- Coordinate installations remotely when direct onsite support isn’t possible, including communication with customers and local service providers such as plumbers
- Assist with technical support for Meritech, Lafferty, and Knight products as requests arise
- Review design specifications to understand product scope, requirements, and functionality
- Ensure products meet quality and integrity standards while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and communicate needs to supervisors in a timely manner
- Support root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions as needed
- Use various machines and hand tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- $60,000 – $65,000 annual salary to start, payroll every other Thursday

- 3 weeks annually of paid‑time‑off and sick leave accrual, with increases based on tenure
- Paid company holidays
- Experienced with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical operations (2+ years preferred)
- Familiar with machine maintenance
- Willing and able to travel regularly for work, up to 100% of the time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records
- Detail‑oriented and consistent
- Skilled at communication to clearly and professionally articulate expectations and needs with customers
- Able to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and basic mathematics (high school diploma or GED equivalent)
- In possession of an active, valid driver's license
