A reputed US IT Staffing Company based in the US,
RICEFW Technologies.

For now this is a temporary full time 4 month assignment with possibility for extension. Only local candidates will be considered and in-person interviews will be required. It is important that the selected candidate can commit to the duration of the assignment.

• Blend of business analysis and project management work.
• Finish implementing a project to go live with a new cloud-based financial transparency and analytics tool.
• Assist another PM with requirements collection for a new image capture solution in conjunction with an upgrade to the content management system.
• Ensure ongoing collaboration with stakeholders and provide leadership and guidance to IT project teams.
• Lead adherence to the State project management policies and standards.

• Project Manager role requires planning, execution, and finalization of projects within defined timelines and budget.
• Experience coordinating with business/end users to gather input.
• Experience assisting agency executive management, division directors, and IT staff and leading project tasks and resources.
• Proficiency with project management tools, reports, templates, mentoring, training, and coaching.
• Ability to work with agency staff, vendors, and other state agencies as needed.
• Knowledge of risk management, quality management, change management, change control, and communication.
• Ability to lead and mentor IT project team members; ensure compliance with project management policies and standards.
• PMP certification; agile certification preferred.
