Job Summary:Cornerstone Management is seeking a creative, energetic, and resident-focused Activities Assistant to plan and lead engaging programs that support the physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of our senior living community. This is a hands-on, people-centered role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

- Develop, coordinate, and implement a variety of resident activities, events, trips, and celebrations
- Encourage resident participation and create opportunities for them to share their talents and interests
- Plan special programs around holidays and other meaningful occasions
- Communicate and collaborate with staff across departments to coordinate events
- Prepare a monthly activity calendar and community newsletter
- Drive residents to scheduled outings, appointments, and errands in the community van/bus
- Coordinate transportation needs and maintain activity schedules
- Maintain a positive, welcoming environment and foster strong resident relationships
- Support marketing events, open houses, and tours as needed
- Assist with administrative duties, emergency calls, and occasional front desk support
- High school diploma required; some college or relevant training preferred
- Previous experience planning and running activities, preferably in a senior living setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with older adults and understanding their interests and needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
- CO Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement required
- Friendly, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to resident engagement
