• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify students' learning, emotional, or behavioral need
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students' mental health and social-emotional development
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide support in emergency situations impacting students or staff
• Consult with educators on classroom strategies, behavior plans, and accommodations for diverse learners
• Participate in special education eligibility meetings and contribute to evaluations and compliance documentation
