Customer Experience Technician BSO; CO, Golden

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound phone calls to BSO customers
• Verify details in orders are correct
• Invoice and charge credit card for orders
• Document customer complaints and resolve as needed
• Work from customer service scripts, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate with team counterparts in the Fulfillment Center to provide superior service to customers in regard to turnaround time and additional customer expectations
• Assist with interdepartmental communication
• Abide by all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to job title
• Provide excellent customer service via inbound/outbound phone and email communication
• Monitor inventory and assist with inventory related communications
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft OS, which includes Word and Excel

• Excellent attention to detail
• Math calculations for accurate invoicing
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Effective dialogue and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify problems and find solutions
• Possesses a strong work ethic
• Enjoy working in a tight-knit team environment
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task
• Sensitive to regulatory requirements for order management
• Works cooperatively and effectively with others

• Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, phone/headset, or other technology devices as assigned
• Must be able to read, understand and follow GMPs, SOPs, Specs, and all guidelines as they relate to the business
