Assist crew members with a wide variety of construction tasks, including asphalt shoveling and raking;
Learn and follow safe work practices, including proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment;
Support pavement installation by helping with asphalt removal and placement;
Perform general site labor such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, compacting, and debris cleanup;
Load, unload, and stage construction materials, tools, and equipment as directed
