Senior Contracts Manager – Lunar Outpost

We are seeking a talented, experienced Senior Contracts Manager to help define the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast‑paced startup environment.

• Help craft and implement contractual documentation
• Support contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and the federal government
• Review contractual terms, identify risks, and negotiate on behalf of the company
• Coordinate contract implementations between the company and subcontractors while ensuring both parties are adhering to obligations
• Quarterly review and maintain all contract records, while guaranteeing thorough and accurate compliance
• Coordinate and support contract administration across departmentsi>
• Support government compliance activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 8‑10 years of experience in contract administration or a related role, preferably in the aerospace industry and/or a technology startup environment
• Strong understanding of contract law, including contract formation, interpretation, and implementation
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable terms and conditions while maintaining positive relationships with partners and vendors
• Experience working on contracts with the U.S. government
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• U.S. Person

• Experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry and/or a technology startup environment
• Advanced degree or certification (i.e., JD, CPCM)
• Experience working in the space industry or with NASA or DoD contracts, including familiarity with FAR, DFARS and NASA FAR Supplement
• Knowledge of intellectual property rights and licensing agreements related to space technology
• Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions
