Job Description
An employer is looking for a Project Coordinator who has a background in Administrative Support for one of our top Utility companies in the Nation. This team member will be responsible for administrative support for a Sr. Director in Technology and providing Project Coordination for multiple Directors within Technology Services. Duties include scheduling, financial record keeping/expense reconciliation, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing invites.
May work on special projects. It will be about 20% administration and 80% project coordination. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. We are looking for someone who is excited to add value and use this opportunity to provide top notch support to one of the largest Transformational Programs in Technology!
They are requiring on-site Tuesday-Thursday with remote flex on Monday and Friday.

- 3-5+ years within an administrative role assisting management teams OR completed a business internship
- Excellent calendar management skills in an enterprise environment
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Strong organization skills and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks at hand
- Experience with MS Office required (MS Teams, Outlook, CoPilot, Excel, Etc.)
- Expertise managing a to-do list and prioritizing deliverables
- Confidence to navigate in the gray, be adaptable to change, and action oriented around a variety of tasks – 1 – 3+ years of experience operating in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Associate, etc
- Experience working within an enterprise environment and any exposure to a PMO within an organization
- Jira exposure
