Responsibilities
  • Review documents for completeness and prepare data entry into the complex computer program (CBMS) and workflow management system for eligibility determinations.
  • Triage incoming work and prepare it for processing, including scanning paper documents and ensuring accurate, timely case management.
  • Communicate with staff and external agencies to coordinate file preparation, document submission, and follow‑up.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking Long‑Term Care, providing clear general information and coordinating with other agencies.
  • Maintain accurate case file

  • Maintain accurate case file documentation and electronic file management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certificate (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • One year of related experience.

Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum two‑year work experience in a high‑volume administrative environment.
  • Experience with CBMS or ability to navigate complex computer systems and databases.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to apply knowledge and experience to improve processes.
  • Strong follow‑up skills and passion to make a difference.
Additional Job Information
  • Criminal history and MVR background checks are required for every position.
  • A valid Colorado driver’s license is required for positions that drive on County business.
