Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Our operations are based in Golden Valley, MN and Little Canada, MN.

We are seeking a full-time Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our on-site team in Golden Valley, MN. This role is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, managing inventory, preparing and packing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The position also involves loading and unloading deliveries and supporting fulfillment across multiple sales channels.

In addition to warehouse duties, this role will assist with customer service (email and phone), in-store customer support, event data entry, and event coordination as needed. Attention to detail, efficiency, and adaptability are essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Experience with shipping and receiving processes and order packing
• Strong inventory control skills and experience unloading shipments
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or related experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes
• Disc golf knowledge preferred, but not required
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
