• Build lasting customer relationships by assisting them in choosing the perfect vehicle through attentive listening and personalized service.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge, including vehicle features, packages, and technology offerings.
• Provide high-quality demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles to showcase their value.
• Consistently follow up with buyers to build referral and repeat business.
