Our Blue Pearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Minnesota is a multi-disciplinary referral/ emergency hospital with two multi-disciplinary centers in the Minneapolis-St Paul metropolitan area.

There are also Blue Pearl after-hours/weekend emergency hospitals located throughout the state (Duluth, St Cloud, Blaine, Rochester) that network with our 24-hour facilities.

Both of these facilities are approximately 20,000 sq. ft. hospitals with 24/7 ER and multi-disciplinary specialty services including:
Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, Oncology, Critical Care, Ophthalmology, an on-site Radiologist and Dermatology.

Each contain a dedicated ICU nursing team to provide high quality care to hospitalized patients. CT imaging is available in both clinics, with MRI being available in the Golden Valley location.

Blue Pearl provides access to 2000+ specialty journals in the online Blue Pearl Library as well as national online Blue Pearl communities related to their program.

Regional social workers are available to provide individual support and can assist in connecting an individual to mental health resources as needed.

Our Clinician Total Rewards Are Unrivaled

• Compensation Salary Range: $200k - $350k, total compensation, inclusive of base and individual production.
• No Negative Accrual, No Non-Compete Agreement
