Interim Recruiting Specialist

The Interim Recruiting Specialist provides end-to-end administrative and coordination support for high-volume hiring, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and pre-employment process. This role focuses on candidate communication, interview scheduling, screening support, and tracking hiring activity to ensure a positive and efficient experience.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $26-$35, DOE

• Coordinate and administer recruiting activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling
• Review resumes, disposition applicants promptly, and conduct pre-screen or recorded interviews
• Manage interview-day logistics and candidate flow
• Support pre-employment contingencies and new hire paperwork
• Track and report candidate activity using applicant tracking systems and related tools
• Build strong working relationships with candidates and internal partners

• 1–3 years of administrative or recruiting support experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and frequent interruptions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/HCM systems (iCIMS preferred)
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
