DSP​/Caregiver

Overview

Fraser is seeking motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team, working full-time or part-time in a group setting within our group homes and apartments. Enjoy the flexibility of a customizable schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

In this role, you will work directly with clients, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning community activities. This is an opportunity for individuals passionate about providing high-quality care and making a lasting impact on the lives of adults and families with diverse needs.

• Assist clients with medications (where applicable)
• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Assist with money management
• Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in group homes
• Meal preparation and handling of various foods
• Plan and accompany transportation to/from activities
• Support community integration

• Variety of locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro; hours vary by location and scheduling options will be discussed during the phone interview

The starting pay range for this role is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on qualifications plus meals on some shifts.

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles are also available)
• Ability to pass DHS background study
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
