Rotating day/evening combination (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
Days of Work: Varies; may include weekends and holidays
Travel Required: Yes – transport and accompany individuals to community employment, outings, and recreational activities
Salary Range: $22.23 – $28.44 per hour

• Teach and coach program participants’ job and independent living skills, and provide ongoing job support.
• Act as a liaison between businesses and program participants to create community-based opportunities.
• Document participant activities, progress, and care by recording, summarizing, and maintaining data in standard forms and reports.
• Participate daily in site operations to meet licensure, legal, and applicable accreditation requirements and adhere to CBS/MSOCS policies and procedures.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand written reports, write sample reports, perform basic arithmetic, and read and interpret charts and graphs.
• Basic math skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Experience implementing training/employment programs for individuals with cognitive/intellectual disabilities, mental illness, chemical dependency, physical disability, brain injury, and/or displaced workers.
• Culturally responsive experience working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
