Salary Range: $22.23 – $28.44 per hour

- Teach and coach program participants’ job and independent living skills, and provide ongoing job support.
- Act as a liaison between businesses and program participants to create community-based opportunities.
- Document participant activities, progress, and care by recording, summarizing, and maintaining data in standard forms and reports.
- Participate daily in site operations to meet licensure, legal, and applicable accreditation requirements and adhere to CBS/MSOCS policies and procedures.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand written reports, write sample reports, perform basic arithmetic, and read and interpret charts and graphs.
- Basic math skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience implementing training/employment programs for individuals with cognitive/intellectual disabilities, mental illness, chemical dependency, physical disability, brain injury, and/or displaced workers.
- Culturally responsive experience working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
