Civil Designer; Land Development

Brand new opportunity for a Civil Designer with land development experience to join a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm specializing in civil, structural, and MEP engineering, with a strong reputation across Minnesota and the Midwest.

You will join a stable, growing, deeply rooted firm in private-sector development. With a strong backlog of healthcare, multifamily housing, retail, municipal, and K-12 education projects, this is a new opportunity to support continued expansion.

You’ll work primarily with private-sector clients, offering exposure to fast-paced, impactful site development work.

• Perform land development drafting and design using Civil 3D
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, utility plans, and stormwater systems
• Design roadways and pedestrian access systems
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver coordinated design sets
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and workflows

• 3–10+ years of civil site design experience
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D
• Experience with private side site development
• Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
• Minnesota-based and familiar with regional soils, drainage, and permitting processes a plus
• Experience with Hydro
  
  CAD, Bluebeam, or Infraworks is a plus
