Een organisatie voor jeugd- en gezinsondersteuning in Noord-Brabant is op zoek naar een Jeugd- en Gezinsprofessional. In deze rol begeleid je gezinnen met complexe problemen en bied je observatie en ondersteuning aan. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team en zorg draagt voor de veiligheid van de kinderen. Een afgeronde sociale (ped) agogische opleiding en SKJ registratie zijn vereist. De functie biedt een contract van 32 uur per week met een salaris van € 2.946,27 tot € 4.375,20 o.b.v. 36 uur.
