1st Shift - Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our manufacturing leadership team as a Production Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, physical labor, and the ability to work well in a team environment and ensure the production process has a continuous and steady flow of the production of molded rubber goods.

• Stack finished products on pallets
• Staple label to finished products
• Carry large buckets of rubber from mixers to production presses
• Spread rubber into molds
• Assemble boxes for finished goods

• The plant environment will include, extreme cold and heat (weather related), working near moving mechanical parts.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Frequently required to stand for 9 hours a day, walk; use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.

• 1-2 years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing operations environment, preferred.
