OMB Tax Manager

Morgan McKinley is searching for an OMB Tax Manager to join a Top 15 Accounting Practice in their Godalming office on a flexible/agile basis

This is an exciting, newly created, advisory focused opportunity where you'll support OMBs, groups, and family businesses on a range of tax matters including corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, VAT and SDLT.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of advice and compliance work, including overseeing and reviewing work prepared by junior team members
• Active involvement in business development including written proposals, and joining Partners on new client pitches
• Advise on employee share incentives (EMI Schemes, growth shares )
• Assisting clients with reorganisations, including preparing tax valuations
• Advise on EIS/SEIS
• Support in the coaching and development of junior colleagues

Your experience:

• ACA/CTA/ATT/ACCA qualified with demonstrable experience
• First class communication skills
• Commercially astute with advisory experience
