We’re looking for Early Years Educators with experience in child development, committed to supporting children’s growth and learning based at our Toddletown Godalming nursery.
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.
We can offer a range of working hours that include: full time, part-time and supply.
How will you make a difference?- Provide exceptional early years education, supporting each child’s development and learning journey.
- Confidently implement and follow frameworks such as the EYFS to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
- Meet the daily needs of every child with compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
- Design and deliver stimulating activities that enrich learning and promote holistic development.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through open and effective communication.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety in every interaction and environment.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to positively shape the future of the children in our care.
- Early Years Educators qualified to Level 3 who:
- Have experience with child development and learning and are committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth
- Communicate confidently, professionally and work collaboratively
- Work in a way that is inclusive and creates a supportive, respectful environment
- Is reflective and committed to professional growth
- Paediatric First Aid certification.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs.
- Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software.
