Teaching Assistant

Location: Godalming
Position: Teaching Assistant (Full-time / Part-time options available)
Start Date: ASAP / By agreement

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and supportive schools in the Godalming area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a classroom setting.

• Supporting pupils individually or in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Supporting children with additional needs where required
• Encouraging pupil confidence, independence, and progress

• Has experience working with children (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
• Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Is reliable, flexible, and proactive
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
