We are excited to announce a brand‑new opportunity within our newly created Harm Outside the Home (HOTH) Team.

The role of Senior Data Analyst will sit within our HOTH Hub, based at Water wells, Gloucester.

About The Team

Social workers within the Hub work closely with district Multi-Agency Child Protection Teams, acting as HOTH specialists to support Lead Child Protection Practitioners. The team strengthen safeguarding practice through robust analysis, informed decision-making, and collaborative working. As part of this, the Hub leads on key processes such as the HOTH Daily Meeting and Multi-Agency Child Exploitation (MACE) and will soon introduce a pre-MACE approach to enhance early intervention.

About the Role

The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Hub, delivering high-quality analysis of trends and patterns of harm, enabling data-driven decisions and supporting strategic responses to exploitation and extra-familial risk.

This is a part-time role (18.5 hours per week), with days and times negotiable within the working week. No antisocial hours are required. We offer flexible hybrid working arrangements, so you will work both from our Gloucester office and from home.
