Mobile Engineer

Overview

CBW are currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover up to 8 commercial buildings located in South the South of England (Bristol & Birmingham). The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

The role is mobile and will require the successful candidate to attend a number of sites where they will carry out reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. The sites include Bristol & Birmingham with 2 days in one location and 3 days in the other. The position would probably suit someone based in Gloucester or Tewkesbury.

• Carry out Reactive maintenance
• Air Conditioning
• Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• BMS System
• Monitor (i.e.
• Tap Temps
• Ensuring log books are kept up to date
• Escorting specialist sub contractors
• Assisting other engineers
• Offering technical support
• Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3 - 17th or 18th Edition
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch
