Full‑time, on‑site role based in Gloucester for a Workshop Technician. The technician will conduct equipment repairs, perform regular maintenance checks, and ensure tools and machinery are in optimum condition. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and technical issues, managing tool inventory, and adhering to safety standards in the workshop environment. Effective coordination with team members and reporting to supervisors are key components of the day‑to‑day responsibilities.

• Technical skills in maintenance, repair, and problem‑solving for mechanical and technical equipment.
• Basic understanding of tools, materials, and machinery used in workshop environments.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety standards and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tool inventory and maintenance schedules.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with colleagues and provide clear reports to supervisors.
• Relevant vocational training, certification, or technical qualifications will be beneficial.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
