• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
• Responding to reactive maintenance tasks
  , diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.
• Conducting routine inspections and assessments for compliance.
• Collaborating with teams,
  maintaining accurate records
  , and adhering to health and safety regulations
  .

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing
  , including PPM and reactive maintenance work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipework, and drainage in commercial settings.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
