Have you got the right tools for the job? Calling all experienced Multi Skill Trades Painter and Decorators – can you give our homes the perfect finish? Can you help us complete our replacement bathrooms and kitchens to our specification? We are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our talented and busy programme team, implementing a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment schedule across homes in Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Evesham and the surrounding area.

Putting the finishing touch to our properties you will be an important part of a busy team delivering replacement kitchens and bathrooms. You'll be completing all painting, decorating and tiling across replacement kitchen and bathrooms. With a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative, and if you also have additional trade skills – especially experience of tiling – you should really get in touch.

• Basic salary of £29,320 per annum
• 25 days holiday plus opportunity to buy additional 5 days leave

A team player, you'll be hardworking and keen to્મ, with a can‑do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer‑service skills. You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right the first time.

• You have served an apprenticeship in Painting/Decorating or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds qualification
• Extensive experience in Painting, Decorating and associated trade skills
• Experience with tiling kitchens and bathrooms is desirable
• Good organisational skills
• Experience keeping jobs on track
• Takes ownership, responsibility for their tasks and has a right‑first‑time approach
• Works well alone but also as part of a team
• The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently while meeting strict deadlines
• Full current valid driving licence essential as this is a mobile role
• DBS check required for working in customers' homes

This role is for a team based in Gloucester, Tewkesbury, and Evesham. You will need to live close to or in these areas.
