This highly respected training provider, part of a successful college group, is expanding its Employer Training and Apprenticeships provision and is looking to grow its electrical assessing team. In this role, you will work with apprentices undertaking Electrical Installation and Maintenance standards. You will assess competence in the workplace, support learners through their apprenticeship journey, and guide them towards successful achievement of their qualifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician to come off the tools and move into an assessor role, with full training and CAVA qualification support provided if required.

The Role:

Full assessor training and qualification support provided

Assessing apprentices against Electrical Installation & Maintenance standards

Supporting learners with evidence collection and progress reviews

Working closely with employers and internal apprenticeship teams

Managing your own workload with a high level of autonomy

The Person :

Industry experience in electrical installations

Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations (minimum)

Computer literate with good organisational skills

Willingness to complete CAVA assessor qualification (if not already held)

Strong communication skills and learner-focused approach
