Labourer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

Labourer Required - Gloucester/ Cheltenham
 
Experienced and enthusiastic Labourer required in the Gloucester area to work in social housing properties assisting trades and keeping site clean and tidy.
Paid fortnightly.

Van and fuel card.

Benefits/ details:

Permanent opportunity
£27,040 salary per annum
Van and fuel card for work use
20 days holiday bank holidays
Pay day every 2 weeks
40 hours a week, Monday - Friday Labourer Day to Day:

Clearing of building debris during works, keeping site clean and tidy
Assisting trades on site
Reporting to the manager
Using own initiative to keep busy and be helpful on site
Driving company van safely and responsibly

Labourer Requirements:

Driving licence essential you will be driving a company van
Good labouring experience preferred
Previous experience working within social housing would be beneficial
Good attitude
Physically fit and able
Honest and reliable
DBS will be done for successful candidate
