- Call‑Out Rota: 1 in 4 (Standby £25 per night, 1.5x hourly rate for call‑outs)

- Competitive Salary: £42,000 - £45,000
- Holiday Package: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + 1 additional day after 1 year of service (up to 5 years)
