The Parts Department is at the heart of our operations. Our Parts Advisors are responsible for the stock control of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories, including ordering, selling, and managing stock to ensure we meet trade counter customers and workshop teams’ needs.
Core Responsibilities- Provide advice to customers with vehicle problems.
- Take sales orders from customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Stock control for vehicle parts and accessories.
- Maintain an orderly stock room.
- Raise invoicing for parts sold.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure correct stock placement and timing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team and embark on a long‑term career, with excellent earning and progression opportunities once you complete your apprenticeship.
QualificationsGCSE grades 9–4 (A–C) or equivalent in English, Maths and one other subject.
In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve Scottish National 5 Grades A–C or above in English, Maths and either a Science or Technical subject.

- BTEC first diplomas and certificates
- OCR Nationals
- Key Skills Level 2
- NVQs
- Essential Skills (Wales)
- Functional Skills Level 2
- Core Skills (Scotland)
We accept predicted grades and conditional offers can be made based on predicted grades.
