Field Sales Representative

Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join Virgin Media O2 in Gloucester. The role offers a basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of around £45,000
. Successful candidates can earn between £50,000–£70,000 a year.

You’ll be out knocking on doors and turning conversations into customers. It’s about connecting with people, understanding what they need, and showing how Virgin Media O2 can make their lives better. You'll be selling to people who may not be expecting you; following up on the leads you create and treating your patch like your own business.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work 12–8pm shifts

• A positive, can-do attitude and hunger to earn

• £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (top earners make £50k–£70k)
