About this Role

We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant to join REP Fitness UK at our brand-new Gloucester-based showroom, supporting the delivery of a premium, engaging, and knowledgeable customer experience.

Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, you’ll be a key on-the-floor presence within the showroom; welcoming customers, answering product questions, supporting sales, and ensuring the space is always presented to the highest standard. You’ll act as a brand ambassador for REP Fitness, combining product knowledge, enthusiasm for strength training, and excellent customer service.

This is a full-time, showroom-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has a passion for fitness, and takes pride in representing a premium brand.

What you can expect to be doing

• Welcoming customers into the REP Fitness UK showroom and delivering a friendly, professional first impression
• Providing knowledgeable, confident advice on REP Fitness products to support customer purchasing decisions
• Assisting customers throughout the sales journey, from initial enquiry through to purchase
• Supporting the Retail Sales Manager with day-to-day showroom operations
• Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for in-store transactions
• Maintaining high standards of showroom presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
• Replenishing showroom stock and ensuring products are displayed correctly and safely
• Assisting with showroom opening and closing procedures
• Supporting promotional activity, product launches, and in-store events
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the wider team
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Supporting the launch and ongoing development of the REP Fitness UK showroom
• Assisting other areas of the team with customer support activities where appropriate
