Location: Gloucester

Duration: Long-term (Could lead to permanent work for the right candidates)

Rate: £20 - £25/hour Negotiable depending on previous experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm (Late Shift)

We are seeking skilled brake press operatives to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for operating press and folding machines to bend and form metal components.

• Set up and operate press brake machines to precise specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Perform quality checks on finished components
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience operating folding machines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
