Whatyou'll be doing
- Inspect key products to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate and resolve non-conformities using sound technical judgment.
- Support production schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat non-conformances.
- Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, plus extensive inspection experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coach and support others.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple shift patterns, including weekends.
- Early finish on Fridays (where applicable)
