Food Production Team Leader

Overview

My client, a food production company in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a Temp to Perm basis.

This position will require you to work on rotating shifts with start time of both 05:15 and then 13:30, working 5 days out of 7.

• As part of the leadership team you will offer strong communication skills and a desire to ensure your team is performing at its maximum capabilities
• Lead and motivate your team on a daily basis
• Ensure the highest working standards are met at all times
• Ensure Production targets are met
• Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
• Report any maintenance or production issues in accordance with company procedures
• Have a flexible approach to meet company needs during busy periods

• Previous experience as a Team Leader in a busy production environment, ideally within Food industry
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety
• Positive attitude and a desire to create a good working environment for your team
• ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and ensure production targets are met

• The starting pay-rate for this position is £14.54 per hour which will increase with further training
• Working hours:
