Role: CNC Mill/Turn Machinist
Location:
Tewksbury
Shift: Full time Permanent Day or Night shift available
Salary Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience and shift
Key Responsibilities CNC Mill/Turn Machinist
A great opportunity to join a successful sub-contract engineering business located in beautiful Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. They are looking for a skilled CNC Mill/Turn machinist (Setter Operator level) to supplement their team in a role that has arisen through growth.
This role provides the business with the running of one or more CNC machines.
- Setting and operating CNC MILL/TURN Lathe machines with FANUC operating control system to produce turned components to customer drawings and specifications
- Inspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirements
- General high standard of engineering ability fully skilled
- Maintain your area to a high standard of 5C/5S
Qualifications & Requirements CNC Mill/Turn Machinist
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering
- General high standard of engineering ability fully skilled
- Working knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed is an advantage but not essential
- Adept with FANUC Controls and have solid experience in the aerospace industry.
