Up Front Recruitment is recruiting Trainee CNC Operators for a well-established UK contractor delivering nationwide steel fabrication, construction and design and build projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade. No prior CNC experience is required, as full training will be provided. The business is known for investing in people who show commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn.

• Assisting with CNC plasma, press brake and guillotine operations
• Learning to set, operate and monitor CNC machinery
• Reading and understanding basic engineering drawings
• Supporting experienced operators on live production work
• Carrying out quality checks on finished components
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Keen to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career
• Good attitude with a willingness to be trained
• Reliable, punctual and safety conscious
• Comfortable in a workshop or manufacturing environment
• Any construction, engineering or workshop exposure is beneficial but not essential
