Salary - £13ph to £15ph. Overtime rate at - 1x1/4 in the week. 1.5 on a Saturday and 2x on a Sunday

£100 monthly attendance to work bonus

Up Front Recruitment is recruiting Trainee CNC Operators for a well-established UK contractor delivering nationwide steel fabrication, construction and design and build projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade. No prior CNC experience is required, as full training will be provided. The business is known for investing in people who show commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with CNC plasma, press brake and guillotine operations

* Learning to set, operate and monitor CNC machinery

* Reading and understanding basic engineering drawings

* Supporting experienced operators on live production work

* Carrying out quality checks on finished components

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Following health and safety procedures at all times

The Ideal Trainee CNC Operator

* Keen to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career

* Good attitude with a willingness to be trained

* Reliable, punctual and safety conscious

* Comfortable in a workshop or manufacturing environment

* Any construction, engineering or workshop exposure is beneficial but not essential
