Salary up to £95,000 per annum. Are you a strategic estates leader with strong commercial acumen? GMS is looking for an Associate Director of Estates to lead and optimise complex healthcare estates across multiple sites. This is a pivotal senior role where you’ll help shape and deliver our estates strategy, ensure compliance and resilience, and drive innovation aligned with GMS’s 5-year commercialisation plan.

• Supporting and delivering a forward-thinking estates strategy
• Ensuring statutory, regulatory, and safety compliance across all sites

• Managing budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions
• Building strong client relationships and leading a high-performing estates team

• Proven leadership experience in estates management within complex environments
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support growth strategies
• Expertise in compliance, risk management, and operational delivery
• Excellent financial and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Estates Management or Engineering
• Professional membership (IHEEM, RICS)
• Knowledge of sustainability and net-zero initiatives
