Static - Parking On Site, High Security Government Contract

Monday - Thursday / 40hr Week

This is a brand new position for a Hard Services Manager wanting to step into more of a challenge with the bonus of having a shorter working week, this role will be covering a high security government decommissioning site joining a large team, working under the largest FM provider in Europe, the contract is (phone number removed) year, commenced in 2021.

Our client is looking for a Hard Services Manager who has ideally worked in a similar environment of high authority contracts/MOD contracts or government based.

• Working with the Site Manager delivering a wide range of works, as directed.
• Compile quotations and order materials ensuring the site's contractual process is followed.
• Be able to assess risks effectively, including the production and review of risk assessments, ensuring they are, concise, task specific and produced in a timely manner.
• Be able to produce and manage Safe Systems of Work.
• Maintain Safe Plant and Safe Places of Work, ensuring compliance to relevant legislations.
• Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of work and all precautions under your control are effectively planned, managed, and supervised.
• Be able to reassess risk if conditions or methods of work change during the work and safety is significantly affected, and where necessary amend their Safe System of Work
• Review safety documentation when conditions or methods of work change to ensure that the control measures remain suitable, sufficient, and relevant to the work being done
• Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by Facilities Manager.

• The individual needs to have a strong civil, electrical and or mechanical background and understanding with qualifications in the relevant discipline.
• Hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS or equivalent.
• Must have up to date knowledge of current industry standards including CDM, Temporary Works, HSG
  47, LOLER, PUWER etc.
• Able to conduct surveys throughout client sites
