Early Years & Childcare Service Manager – Gloucestershire County Council
We are looking jantar f experienced manager to drive improvements in the early years and childcare sector. Your leadership and operational expertise will be key to delivering high‑quality, inclusive provision and supporting positive developmental outcomes.
Salary & Benefits- Salary: £63,132 - £68,342 per annum

- Line management responsibility combined with operational planning, delivery and development of the early years and childcare service.
- Collaboration with the Head of Service and Service Managers across the Education Service.
- Work with partners and stakeholders to ensure all children have access to high‑quality inclusive provision that supports positive developmental progress and successful transitions.
- Ensure the service meets professional standards and funding requirements.
- Experienced manager with knowledge of early education and childcare.
- Organised, proactive professional who can build effective relationships within system partners.
- Evidence resilience and political awareness to deliver within an increasingly challenging landscape.
