Salary: £48,410 - £52,899 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday / 37.5 hours per week

The Role As Registered Manager, You Will

• Have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the home
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance with Ofsted
• Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated care team
• Play an active role in new referrals, recruitment and placement decisions
• Build strong relationships with external professionals, families and stakeholders
• Champion a nurturing environment that enables children to feel safe, understood, and able to thrive
• Drive our wider organisational and growth goals through strong leadership and innovation

This is a hands‑on role where your decisions, leadership and vision will have a direct and lasting impact on children's lives.

Who We Are Looking For

You will be a confident, compassionate and experienced leader with:

• Previous registration with Ofsted
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
• At least 2 years management experience in children’s residential services (within the last 5 years)
• At least 2 years experience supervising and managing staff
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and relationship‑building skills
• A calm, reflective and resilient approach
• A full UK driving licence
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve better futures

Most importantly, you will be someone who leads with empathy, integrity and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care.
