Our client a leading manufacturer is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to lead warehouse and stores operations ensuring efficient safe and accurate logistics performance that supports production and delivery.

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations including goods in / out inventory and internal movements
• Lead develop and motivate a logistics team to meet Safety Quality Delivery Cost and People targets
• Oversee stock accuracy ERP utilisation and adherence to SOPs
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent 5S and HSE standards
• Conduct performance reviews set objectives and foster a positive accountable team culture

• Proven supervisory experience in logistics stores or warehouse management (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (IFS experience an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control shipping procedures and warehouse safety
• Confident leader with strong communication organisation and problem-solving skills
• Motivational approach to team management and performance delivery
