The post holder will build Quality and Service Improvement capability through a coaching approach, coordinating with the Trust QI training offer, developing and continually reviewing the trust's current Bronze, Silver and Gold programme and supporting system Quality Improvement initiatives.
The post holder will lead and support specific service improvement work as identified throughout the key trust forums including, but not exclusive to:
Operations Performance and Risk, Local directorate Quality and Safety groups, Business intelligence meetings and Improving Care Group.
The post holder will be required to work with a wide range of system stakeholders, including front line staff, team managers, community managers, matrons, locality managers, service leads, directors, and commissioners.
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly and at times may be required to support wider transformation projects within and across ICs partner organisations.
