Robert Walters have partnered with a leading organisation who are in the middle of an enterprise-wide transformation. They are looking to scale their project teams to support in the transformation. What you'll do:

• Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria while developing comprehensive project plans and schedules that set the foundation for successful execution.
• Ensure every project is underpinned by a robust business case and benefits management plan, aligning all activities with agreed outcomes to maximise value for stakeholders.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations thoughtfully and providing regular updates to keep everyone informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks early on, assess their impact collaboratively with your team, and implement effective mitigation strategies while resolving issues promptly to minimise disruption.
